GMP 89000 Tornado Cable Blowing Machine

Crafted for safety, speed, and efficiency, the Tornado Cable Blowing Machine is engineered to seamlessly install fiber optic cable into pre-installed innerduct or directly into buried innerduct. With a versatile conversion kit, the Tornado accommodates various micro duct sizes, including 12.7mm, 12/10mm, or 10/8mm, into innerduct.

Constructed with an aluminum air box and cable pusher, the Tornado utilizes compressed air for cable installation, with or without a missile. Operating via a hydraulically powered belt drive system, it precisely controls the fiber optic cable's movement as it travels through the innerduct propelled by compressed air. An electronic monitoring system ensures speed and distance accuracy, safeguards the cable against damage, and features an emergency stop button for added safety measures.

Mounted on a lightweight tubular-steel frame, the air box and cable pusher can be tilted up to a 30-degree angle towards the manhole, effectively reducing innerduct and cable bending. The frame is designed with retractable handles for easy maneuverability and adjustable rear legs to enhance stability on uneven terrains. Additionally, this unit is equipped with a gasoline engine-powered hydraulic power pack for enhanced functionality.
