Order Information

Order – You may place your order online. Or, a customer service representative is ready to speak with you at 800-331-2246. Local customers may also call 918-252-3420. Or, you can email us at mail@budcocable.com. Our offices are open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., CST. Our fax number is 888-TAPLOCK (827-5625).

When placing your order, please specify product number, item, and quantity. When a product is offered in more than one color, please specify your color choice.

  • Please allow for a 10% over or under shipment on custom printed products
  • Minimum Order is $20.00. An under minimum charge of $7.50 may apply to orders less than $20.00.

If you place your order by phone and intend to send a confirming purchase order, be sure it is clearly marked "CONFIRMING" to eliminate duplicate shipment of order.

Terms of Sales - Terms are Net 30 days from invoice date for open account customers. If you do not have established credit with Budco Cable Supplies, we ask that you provide two trade references and the name and address of your bank with your initial order. All major credit cards are accepted

Return Policy - Prior authorization from Budco on all returned merchandise is required. This is to assure proper credit or refund. All returned shipments should be prepaid. Returned merchandise is subject up to a 20% restocking charge and can be returned within 30 days, with prior authorization. No returns on personalized or custom items.

Security Policy - WE DO NOT SELL EMAILS, OR OTHER INFORMATION GIVEN ON THIS SITE.

You can feel completely secure when ordering from our site. We use a technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which encrypts sensitive information before it is sent over the Internet.

You should be able to see a tiny lock on the bottom right of your browser or perhaps on the top of your browser window depending on which browser and/or version you have. This lets you know that our SSL certificate is current and correct.

 

Shipment Information

When can I expect my order?

The chart below displays the estimated number of shipping days (transit time) to allow from the time your stock order is shipped. We make every effort to ship stock orders within 24 hours of receiving your order, barring any unforeseen outages or backorders*. We also are unable to guarantee transit times verified by UPS/FedEx or any other carrier.

Please allow extra time for orders with personalization or other special services. See details below.

Next Day Air/Priority Shipping - Please understand that choosing Next Day Air/Priority Shipping does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While stock orders do ship in 24 hours, depending on when your order is received, some orders will be shipped on the following day, barring any unforeseen outages or backorders. If you have an order that is needed urgently, please call our Sales Department at 800-331-2246 for an accurate shipping estimate.

Special/custom orders - custom personalization or special service orders: Please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for expected delivery times for orders with customization such as imprint, made-to-order, etc. Please call to verify delivery dates. We will make every attempt to confirm delivery dates at the time of your order.

 

Frequently Asked Shipping Questions

What is your Standard Shipping method?

Our Standard Shipping method in the 48 contiguous states is UPS/FedEx. UPS/FedEx transit times are shown in the chart above. If you need us to use another carrier, please contact us and we would be more than happy to accommodate your needs. Some orders, due to size or quantity, will ship by motor freight. If this occurs or is beneficial, we will contact you. We make every effort to ship Stock orders within 24 hours of receiving your order, barring any unforeseen outages or backorders. Once the order ships, the UPS/FedEx Transit Times determine when your order will be delivered.

What is a “business” day?

Budco considers Monday – Friday business days. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not considered business days.

How do you handle Specially Shipped or “Drop-Shipped” Items?

Some special/custom products (“drop ship” orders) are shipped directly from the manufacturer and have delivery times longer than our standard 1-4 business days, with no shipping upgrade available. For custom products that can only be ordered by phone, or that indicate a longer shipping time, please call 800-331-2246 Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST for detailed shipping information.

What are Estimated Shipping & Handling Charges?

The estimate shown is based on Standard Shipping rates to the zip code you provided at the time of estimation. Final Shipping & Handling fees may vary if you change shipping methods or zip codes, or ship your order to multiple addresses. **Freight calculated on this site only gives consideration to those items shipped in the 48 contiguous states. All other locations, applicable freight charges will apply and will most likely vary from the estimated freight charge. We will make every attempt to contact you in this circumstance. But we ask you please call for an exact quote for orders with special requirements or shipping outside the 48 contiguous states.

Do You Charge Sales Taxes?

We will add to the final invoice any applicable taxes that we are required to collect. Currently, we are only authorized to collect sales tax in Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and South Carolina. Orders shipped to other states will not be charged sales tax. Final taxes may vary if you ship any or all of your order to a different zip code or multiple zip codes.

How are Backordered items shipped?

Backordered items will be noted on your picking ticket at the time of the original ship date. The backordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they become available. We typically are able to fill backordered items within approximately 2 weeks or less.

Returns and Exchanges
