You may place your order by phone, mail, fax or the internet. When placing your order, please specify product number, item, and quantity. When product is offered in more than one color, please specify your choice. Please allow for a 10% over or under shipment and a $40.00 one-time screen charge on custom and personal imprinted products. Minimum order is $25.00.

Phone Order
If you place your order by phone and intend to send a confirming purchase order, be sure it is clearly marked "CONFIRMING" to eliminate duplicate shipment of the order.

Budco ships stock materials within 48 hours, except in cases of unplanned stock depletions. Orders are shipped F.O.B. Tulsa, OK, Milton, PA, or point of origin. Shipping charges are prepaid and included in the invoice. Budco ships the most economical way, unless customer specifies differently.

Budco must be notified of any shipping discrepancies within 30 days of receipt of order.

Damaged shipments
Our primary carriers are UPS and FedEx. If you receive a damaged shipment, it is imperative that you keep the damaged packaging in order to facilitate a damage claim.

Terms of Sale
Terms are Net 30 days from invoice date for open account customers. If you do not have established credit with Budco, we ask that you provide two trade references and the name and address of your bank with your initial order. All major credit cards are accepted.



Return Policy
Prior authorization from Budco on all returned merchandise is required. This is to assure proper credit or refund. All returned shipments should be prepaid. Returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking charge. No returns on personalized or custom items.
